A case of strong Autoimmune disease in pregnancy was advised HCQS for altered PR interval and Heart rate of fetus.

They told her about the risks of not receiving HCQS and also convinced her that HCQS despite of the risks will protect the baby. HCQS was withdrawn while initiating SBEBA and patient was educated regarding how and why SBEBA will protect both mother and baby. She delivered healthy baby without any cardiac problems . Now mother is undergoing treatment for Autoimmunity.
