Refund on products will only be initiated if it is returned intact and in original form.

​In case of services, a full refund will be made if cancelled at least 7 days before the appointment, a refund of 80% will be initiated if cancelled between 6 days to 24 hours before the appointment and no refund will be made if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

​Credit will be made to the original mode of payment in 5-12 business days.
